An international Intellectual Property enforcement agency seeks an investigations leader with 10 years or more relevant offline experience including in IP / trademark enforcement, anti-counterfeiting and law enforcement agency liaison.
The ideal candidate will have a strong background in private / corporate investigations, and ideally in respect of consumer goods / FMCGs.
S/he will have China-wide responsibility, and will monitor & target upstream counterfeit manufacturers, networks and supply chains. The successful candidate will be the China leader amongst the company’s 50+ investigators.
