An international law firm seeks an experienced and technically excellent corporate associate for its thriving Shanghai office.
The successful candidate will be skilled at deal and documentary execution including in respect of regulatory requirements. S/he will handle cross-border, China-inbound corporate and private M&A matters on behalf of (mainly) European clientele with broad business interests (consumer, biotech, financial & more).
You must be strongly bilingual (Mandarin / English) and PRC-qualified. You will be comfortable working within a seasoned corporate team that includes foreign lawyers.
