Minimum 5 years’ PQE, Hong Kong- or Singapore-qualified (based in Hong Kong).
Solid experience with a good law firm plus 2 or more years as a commercial-legal in-house counsel is ideal. Someone with excellent English as well as Chinese language skills.
Expertise in contract & commercial drafting & negotiation. Ability to sensibly liaise with internal stakeholders & external (disputes) advisers. Familiarity with supply & distribution agreements and with related cross-border Asia-Pacific compliance.
